Wellness Wednesdays, a partnership with health and wellness app MINDBODY, will take place in the Ferry Building’s second floor Grand Hall on a weekly basis from August 21 through November 20, 2019. The series offers free fitness classes each Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m. – including yoga, power yoga, pilates, and dance – led by instructors from studios like CorePower Yoga, Lagree Fit, and Orangetheory Fitness. After sweating it out in an hour-long workout class, guests are invited to experience the Ferry Building and its nearly 50 local food, beverage, and retail merchants with special discounts and offerings for Wellness Wednesday attendees. Registration for Wellness Wednesdays is available via the MINDBODY app and drop-ins are welcome until classes reach capacity.
