Join Watsonville Taiko as they present their 22nd anniversary performance, entitled "Flowers of Sarasouju." For those not familiar with Tiako, it is an art that combines drumming with folklore, mythology, and symbolism, emphasizing the value on joining with others to keep traditions alive. Watsonville Taiko drummers have performed throughout the Central Coast at numerous events, including the Japanese Culture Fair, First Night, Big Sur Marathon, Wharf to Wharf Race, and more.
