The artists explore our special relationship with water in representative, abstract, and nonobjective work. Images depict rain, snow, ice, oceans, rivers, and tears; the drama of flood and drought;and the global politics of water use. Prints include etchings, woodcuts, screenprints, monotypes, monoprints, and mixed media prints. Opening night reception, February 22, 7-9PM.
The public is invited to make a print of their own on Sunday, March 2, 1:30-4:00 PM in the gallery classroom. This is a free event, all ages welcome. Those under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required. For more information about the Pacific Grove Art Center: 831-375-2208;
