W San Francisco, located in the cultural heart of the city's SoMa district, will be hosting a Silent Disco called Palm City Dreams in partnership with FEMME HOUSE on February 18th. From 8-11 p.m., the hotel's electric Living Room Bar will invite music and dance lovers to rock out to the beats of two popular local DJs through personal headphones in a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
The Silent Disco will feature musical stylings by the talented DJ Barbs and Mini Bear. Bay Area based DJ Barbs is a vinyl house DJ turned pop singer, songwriter, and producer. She is known for recognizing a good beat, crafting catchy pop hooks, and spreading joy with her music and upbeat personality. After years spinning at clubs and parties, she recorded her first album Palm City Dreams in Fall 2022.
As a producer, DJ, vocalist, and composer, Mini Bear has cultivated a vivid musical aesthetic, gaining respected roles within her community as a mentor and emerging talent. Blending musical styles and drawing inspiration from 80s, pop, R&B, and dance influences, she has written, produced, and released multiple EPs and a full-length album.
