Volunteer Native Plant Maintenance on San Bruno Mountain

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Help us protect a unique mountain’s native ecosystem in the midst of the peninsula’s urbanized landscaped. We will weed by the parking lot entrance, where a rich variety of native species has been planted such as wild cucumber, hummingbird sage, and California fuchsia. This park is home to rare plants and animals such as the endangered San Bruno elfin butterfly, San Francisco wallflower, mission blue butterfly, and San Bruno manzanita.
Meet at the main parking lot near the entrance off of Guadalupe Canyon Parkway.
