It was the song of the summer of '82 .
You could not go anywhere, or do anything without hearing it.
It was so Gnarley and so so totally bitchin'
and represented the awesome new culture here in America,
like specifically Southern California(SoCal),
and Moon Zappa famously delivered the
choicest phrases of 'Valspeak' in 1982
on her fathers only top 40
hit single 'Valley Girl'. Phrases such as
'gag me with a spoon' rocketed into everyones
lexicon and became the forunners of
casual phrases we all use still to this day(OMG!).
So, dress up "80's", we'll provide some props and
play some valley girl music, it's gonna be, like, tubular dude!
DJ's Dangerous Dan & guest DJ Danny White
will spin the classic underground dark 80's
mix in back on two huge video screens for
your video viewing pleasure,
it's pretty amazing, check it out.
DJ's Damon & Steve
play the rock, pop and 1 hit wonders
all night in the front room.
