On Valentine's Day 2014, Friday, February 14, Chez Papa Bistrot in San Francisco will be seating from 5:30 to 10:30 PM serving an $70.00 three-course prix fix menu with main course choices of Sautéed Black Cod with braised leeks fondue, cipollini onions, parsley and green olive tapenade, and frisée salad; Herb de Provence Crusted Rack of Lamb with ratatouille and red wine reduction; Filet Mignon with potato celery root gratin and truffled mushrooms sauce; or Bouillabaisse with prawns, clams, mussels, black cod, bay scallops, fingerling potatoes and rouille.
