Valentine’s Day at Black Cat: A Night in Paris

Get frisky this Valentine’s Day with a romantic evening of jazz, shareable plates, and intoxicating drinks at Black Cat. Chef Alicia Jenish-Mc Carron will feature a French-inspired 3-course tasting menu for $95 per person (exclude tax and gratuity). If that wasn’t enough to get your juices flowing, Paula West, legendary American cabaret singer, will seduce you with her melodic jazz sound all weekend starting Saturday, 2/11 through Tuesday, 2/14. CRAB BISQUE with creme fraiche, chive and crab meat
GOAT CHEESE MOUSSE with beet and blood orange

RED WINE BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB with marrow, gremolata, pomme gratin, and greens
QUAIL FILLED WITH DUCK CONFIT with dark chocolate and rose sauce, purple cauliflower, pickled red pearl onion, and yellow baby carrot
