During the month of May, local Oakland artist Bud Snow is collaborating with local ISP Sonic to transform the North Berkeley Bart Station into an underground art gallery. This collaborative art initiative advocates for an equal and open internet in the wake of deregulation by the FCC and pays homage to the people-powered movements that have always centered in the East Bay.
