UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra returns Sept. 26th 8pm & 28th 2pm under David Milnes with a vivid triptych: Takemitsu's mist-shrouded A Flock Descends into the Pentagonal Garden, Khachaturian's high-spirited Flute Concerto featuring soloist Nathan Haghgoo, and Copland's monumental Symphony No. 3, crowned by the iconic "Fanfare for the Common Man."
