Brand New Location | Same Great Improv
Running since 2015, Moment Improv Theatre hosts a monthly "Two Play Improv Extravaganza" which features three unique improv comedy duos who each push the limit of what is possible onstage in inventive and interesting ways. Hosting the show will be special guest Jon Ott, who will have you laughing before and after each improv performance with engaging crowd work.
Closing out the show will be Joe Liss who is a Second City Chicago alumnus where he wrote and performed in 6 revues and Marcus Sams who is the Artistic Director of the San Francisco Improv Festival and Moment Improv Theatre.
Joining them on stage will be the musical act Blurting In Earnest, featuring Karen Sandvoss and Susie Sergent.
Opening the show will be Moment Friends, Anton Shuster and Peter Chapman in Sean!

From a single suggestion, Second City Alum Joe Liss and Moment Improv Theatre (SF) Founder, Marcus Sams perform action-packed improv with seamless transitions that run down the rabbit hole ahead of the White Rabbit. Prepare for whiplash as Joe’s “Follow-the-Follower” mantra meets Marcus’ “Anything-is-Everything” philosophy. Their connection is electrifying as they weave a tapestry of scenes and characters together that keep audiences coming back for more.
Blurting In Earnest : Jackie (Karen Sandvoss) and Sophie (Susie Sergent)
They met at Lazy J Summer Camp when they were 8 years old. For years they returned to this annual paradise, forging a bonded friendship that lasts to this day. Come sing along as Jackie and Sophie reminisce and share with you their favorite campfire songs!
Sean : Anton Shuster and Peter Chapman
Performing regularly since 2013 all over the Bay Area. Anton and Peter are Sean, a duo named after their ex-teammate who's currently on hiatus. While Sean's away, Anton and Peter have bonded over their love of dance music.
