Twelfth Night, Or What you Will

SEE EVENT DETAILS
The Bayview Opera House is proud to host A.C.T's rendition of Twelfth Night, Or What You Will as part of the Will on Wheels tour. Tickets are moving fast so please RSVP to guarantee entry.
About Twelfth Night, Or What you Will
Twelfth Night, or What You Will is a comedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written around 1601–02 as a Twelfth Night's entertainment for the close of the Christmas season. The play centers around the twins Viola and Sebastian, who are separated in a shipwreck.
About A.C.T. & Will on Wheels
One of the first theaters in the nation to offer low-cost performance tickets to school/community groups, A.C.T. has brought the power of live theater to hundreds of thousands of students, educators, and community members since their arrival in San Francisco in 1967. Will on Wheels touring productions of Shakespearean classics offers a rich array of opportunities to connect the community to the art of the theater, helping bring the power of "play" into the lives, and the hearts and minds of the community.
Each spring, actors in A.C.T.’s top-ranked Master of Fine Arts Program take an abridged (60–80 minutes) production of a Shakespearean classic, adapted and directed by a distinguished professional director and followed by a postshow Q&A with the cast, to Bay Area schools and public spaces.
