Tuesdays in the Plaza: Rocio y Su Sonora (Latin/Cumbia)
at Healdsburg Plaza

Our weekly summer concerts in the Healdsburg Plaza from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. provide an eclectic and unique line-up of bands, and have been assembled to please a wide array of musical interests. Food vendors will be on-hand to offer locally sourced food for sale starting at 5:00 p.m. with the music beginning at 6:00 p.m.
About the band: Rocio La Dama de La Cumbia is composed of a combination of very talented musicians from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico. Rocio "La Dama de la Cumbia" was born in Guatemala City and was a member of the internationally successful group La Sonora Dinamita, which is responsible for popularizing cumbia music worldwide.
Rocio La Dama de La Cumbia has had the opportunity to share the stage with many famous Mexican singers and groups such as La Banda el Recodo, Jenni Rivera, Los Tigres Del Norte, Conjunto Primavera, Bronco, and Los Temerarios in a variety of venues and cities throughout the United States and Mexico. Her latest single "Mi Problema" was well received and can be heard on the radio in the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
