Exact Class location:From Fulton and Great Highway, walk north to stairwell 14. Head down the stairs on to the beach and walk directly towards the water. You will see us set up there.
Please bring: a beach towel or yoga mat, water and a warm layer (puffy/fleece) in case the weather calls for that. You will stay warm as we are moving and heating up.
*Please note this is not a silent disco yoga class, this is good old yoga with nature sounds and it is beautiful!
