Trixie Rasputin and Kim Capria Present Monday Night Songwriters at The Lucky Horseshoe!

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Monday Night Songwriters is a showcase of local and touring singer-songwriters from the Bay Area and beyond. Also known as "Tears for Beers," this event will be a great place to slip away for a few hours and make friends with your pint glass.
$10 at the door

SAM CHASE
is a natural storyteller with a voice that sounds as if it has weathered many an epic tale. He's our headliner because he kicks ass at this kind of thing, and you will love his original music.

KATIE MAE (TOURING!)
describes her sound as interpretive country & alt-western music, though she first took to a stage as the vocalist for a local punk band (and still does). The transition in style is anything but jarring - considering the shared values of honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability.

MINOR BIRDS
is C. Wilde, a classically trained pianist and self-taught multi-instrumentalist, who spins poetic tales, with a voice oscillating between a silky coo and a guttural howl.
At heart, her musical gems take form as emotionally-receptive storytelling.
Intrinsically poetic, Wilde's music is about the journey, rather than a set destination.

KIM CAPRIA
Originally from Tempe, Arizona, Kim has brought her gorgeous and sultry sound to soften the edges of this rough place we call home. She is currently recording her first solo album and performs throughout the city.

TRIXIE RASPUTIN
After years of playing in rock bands, Trixie is ready to debut some chill tunes she's been working on. She will be accompanied by her friend Stephan Kaplan on guitar.
