Walter is the coolest cat on the keys in the Bay Area. Playing mostly original music and venturing into occasional covers, Walter's unique sound is lush, layered and loungey (in the best of ways!): marrying cool jazz and warm funk. The relaxed but energetic and sexy vibe creates the perfect note to end the weekend and ease into the week. In addition to his accomplished rhythm section, guitarists, horn players, poets, rappers and vocalists often sit in making every night a special performance. Walter has played with the legendary Herbie Lewis and other renowned musicians including McCoy Tyner, Lee Morgan and Joe Chambers.
