The Unlikely Candidates

-Based out of Fort Worth, Texas, the Unlikely Candidates are an indie rock band intially formed as an acoustic duo by childhood friends Kyle Morris and Cole Male in 2008. Eventually expanding the lineup to include guitarist Brenton Carney, bassist Jared Hornbeek, and drummer Kevin Goddard, the band was able to expand its sound in bigger, more sweeping directions. Influenced by classics from The Strokes and Black Keys to Bob Dyland and The Beatles, the Unlikely Candidates have developed a sturdy reputation for a fresh take on classic rock.

They were chosen as one of MTV Buzzworthy's most underrated acts of 2012, as well as being chosen by Rolling Stone magazine as one of America's Top Unsigned Bands.
Driven by vocalist Travis Hawley's emotive vocals and lyrically poignant material, Night Riots kicks out upbeat, anthemic songs filled with vigor.

Kayhan Golkar, Antrom Kury & Cory Tauber came together with song ideas and a vision for their new project. After months of relentless studio work, the band set out to independently record a five song EP.
