The Tipping Point

It’s that time of year again, when San Francisco’s nightlife becomes the stomping ground for Burning Man music and theme camps while they prep for the playa and raise funds to make BIG art and sound happen in the desert. Opulent Temple, one of the playa and SF's most revered sound camps is making a long awaited return after a year long hiatus and are on a mission to build an all new DJ booth and of course fuel the fire they are so infamously known for.

Friday, July 11th at the Public Works (161 Erie St) Opulent Temple presents ‘the Tipping Point,’ their last fundraiser before they hit the ground running to the desert. And this one is… HUGE. The city’s club goers will be receiving a very special triple headliner lineup, OT DJs and friends, and a complete street closure at Erie St to make room for art cars and Silent Disco. To say this shouldn’t be missed is the understatement of the year.

Topping off this massive event are International EDM heroes - The Crystal Method, drum & bass legend Aphrodite and the big room sounds of Funkagenda. Had enough?? OT didn’t think so… adding on to the lineup are OT residents and friends Billy Casazza, Dulce Vita, Grammar, ELiKi, The Quadrobe, Mike Butler, Jonboy & Kimba with more TBA.
