Cinequest is an exciting time in downtown San Jose. There are movies, lectures, parties, celebrities, and of course all those film people running around town with their VIP passes. This year, they're adding something totally different to the list: A DJ competition. Three local DJ heavyweights will duke it out at South First Billiards for the title of Best DJ Ever (Not really, but it should be a lot of fun regardless) All three participating DJs-The CME, DJ That Girl and DJ Shea Butter-are well-known in the local hip-hop, soul, and electro scene, and spin a combo of obscure oldies and new cutting-edge tracks.
