The Skull Show examines the role that skulls have played in the historical register as memento mori and religious icons. This exhibition also highlights the skull as an iconic image in contemporary art, exploring its prominent place in counter cultures such as skate, surf, tattoo, and graffiti. The Skull Show features an international roster of nearly 100 artists who have all created work depicting the human skull.
