The Polyphony Quartet in Concert

SEE EVENT DETAILS
We are thrilled to invite you to a unique evening of collaboration between Arab and Jewish Israelis. The Polyphony Quartet brings together violinists Yamen Saadi and Roni Oved, violist Amichai Hefer and cellist Suhail Canaan. The program will include Schubert's String Quartet No. 13 in A minor (Rosamunde Quartet), a selection of David Broza's hits and other masterpieces.

The Polyphony Quartet in Concert is a participatory evening with young Arab and Jewish musicians from Israel, creating our new reality of face-to-face human engagement. Polyphony shortens the distance between Arab and Jewish communities in Israel through music, while serving as a worldwide model for cooperation based on cultural exchange, dialogue and partnership.

Under the guidance of Polyphony's executive director Nabeel Abboud Ashkar, the Quartet performs throughout Israel, Europe and the United States.

IMPORTANT: All attendees at this event will be required to show either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event. Either a physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or the State of California Digital COVID-19 Vaccination Card may be offered as proof of full vaccination.
