One of the most famous punk bands of all time, The Offspring are still igniting audiences with their explosive live shows. In concert the band delivers impassioned performances of audience favorites like "Come Out and Play", "Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)", and "Gone Away". With spitfire drums, catchy basslines, and distorted guitars, the band blasts their way through their songs with an adrenaline-fueled blend of polished musicianship and devil-may-care attitude. The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band's self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992's Ignition and 1994's Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles "Come Out and Play," "Self Esteem" and "Gotta Get Away," Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring's first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with "Gone Away," while 1998's Americana hit the band's chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: "The Kids Aren't Alright," "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)" and "Why Don't You Get a Job?" The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with "Hit That" from 2003's Splinter and "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid" from 2008's Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with "Coming for You" and the title track from 2021's Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged.
