The local Senegalese restaurant will be hosting it’s very last service in the form of a pop up dinner. Marco Senghor the owner and operator will be collaborating with Senegalese-American chef Serigne Mbaye to present a farewell pop up dinner. This curated dining experience will showcase the unique flavors and cultures that encompass Senegalese cuisine. As a first generation Senegalese-American Chef, Serigne has quickly risen up the culinary ranks from the iconic kitchens of Commander’s Palace and Cafe Adelaide in New Orleans to the world famous 3 Michelin Star Atelier Crenn. The 2016 New England Culinary School graduate is continuously proving himself to be a culinary game changer through his creative and unique take on his native Senegalese Cuisine.Please join Marco Senghor and Chef Serigne Mbaye for Bissap Baoba’s farewell dinner service on Sunday April 28, 2019.
