The Insufferables
The Insufferables, formed in 2009, create short, melodic songs about modern life; with a distinctive lead vocal, jangle and punk guitars together, rich harmonies, and rocking rhythm section. Keith, Gene, Ram and Kevin are joined by Carolyn, a member of seminal punk bands, The Profalactics and The Varve. The band just recorded a new album with producer Beau Sorenson, coming soon. Two other EP's available for sale and streaming. The band plays live all over the bay area from The Bottom of the Hill to an art opening at the San Francisco dump.
Red Light Radical
Red Light Radical blends influences in a form that can most aptly be referred to as WorldPunk (World influences with Punk roots). The idea has always been to not settle firmly into any specific genre, but make the listener feel that different, but recognizable, elements are all there somehow.
Red Light Radical, now mostly a duo (sometimes trio), has undergone many incarnations since 2007. Founding member Goiyo Perez, originally from San Francisco, put the project together in Boston while attending Berklee College of Music. In 2010 RLR found itself in San Francisco, CA where a self-titled E.P. was released. Later in 2013 a full-length L.P. entitled 'Loose Threads' was released. Relocation occurred once again, this time to Taos, NM, where new material and inspirations await release.
