The Galilee Eskimos

An old kibbutz isolated in the Hills of Galilee finds itself threatened by lawsuits from bankers and creditors. Most of the families flee to avoid the creditors but twelve senior citizens are left behind. Together they begin to rebuild the kibbutz (2006, 95 min, Hebrew with English subtitles).

Presented in conjunction with the exhibition To Build & Be Built: Kibbutz History.

Free matinee screenings are presented in conjunction with The Museum’s admission-free first Tuesdays of the month.
