Presenting the 4th Annual Crotchies Awards!™ Created in 2014, the Crotchies has quickly become Silicon Valley’s premiere fake awards show. Unlike the the recently cancelled Crunchies--which was also packed with meaningless awards, vapid presentations, and an over-inflated sense of self-importance--the Crotchies is still going strong.
Come toast Silicon Valley’s achievements with an evening of drinks, jokes, and partying with the elite of the elite*. We’ll be introducing several new award categories and performances this year, in addition to bringing back some oldies but goodies:
Greatest Achievement in the Field of Beverage RepackagingThe “Your Tech is Off the F*ing Blockchain” AwardThe Not Changing Any Lives AwardThe Derek Zoolander Lifetime Service AwardThe “Super Not Happy, Unpumped” AwardIn Memoriam... And so much more!
The Crotchies is a classy event, and though not required, awards gala attire (black tie) is welcomed. Boxed wine & PBRs will be served in abundance.
The Crotchies is a volunteer effort. In addition to having fun together and supporting local comedians, all profits are donated to 826 Valencia, a local non-profit dedicated to assisting under-resourced students ages six to eighteen with their creative and expository writing skills.
* To be clear, this is not code for drug-fueled orgies or cuddle puddles.
