SEE EVENT DETAILS
Sat, Dec 15, 8pm in Palo Alto and Sun, Dec 16, 7pm in Santa Clara

The Choral Project (TCP), the award-winning, Silicon Valley-based choir, is pleased to announce WINTER'S GIFTS: JOURNEYS, its annual holiday concert collaboration with SAN JOSE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA (Barbara Day Turner, Director).

The concert's repertoire will include music from cultures and faith traditions from around the world. Highlights include Randall Thompson's beautiful "Road Not Taken," Joshua Shank's breathtaking arrangement of the Basque carol "Gabriel's Message," and Gabriel Faure's sublime "Cantique de Jean Racine"- long considered one of the loveliest choral works ever penned. Works from Buddhist and Judaic faiths balance out the program, which concludes with Ola Gjielo's incredible "Song of the Universal."
