The Choral Project (TCP), the award-winning, Silicon Valley-based choir celebrating its 20th Anniversary Season announces today its mid-season concert, Art of Sound: Inspiration, a concert of rarely performed choral masterpieces, April 8-10.
The Art of Sound: Inspiration includes world premiere commissions by Eric William Barnum, and Joshua Shank, as well as favorite selections from the past twenty seasons. These popular selections include Rene Clausen's sublime "In Pace" and Latvian composer Juris Karlsons' virtuosic masterpiece "Neslegtais gredzens" (The Unclosed Ring). Music by James Macmillan and Eriks Esenvalds round out this one-of-a-kind concert.
