The Friends of the Monterey Public Library and the Library Endowment Committee present. Richard Westbrook, D.C. for a lecture on "The Challenge of Chronic Inflammation", the primary underlying cause of many health problems including heart disease, arthritis, compromised immunity, and musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Westbrook will lead an interactive discussion about how chiropractic care combined with the use of omega-3 fatty acids can help deal with this health issue.
