The Bistro at ONE65 in San Francisco will be serving a special Valentine's Day prix fixe dinner on Wednesday, February 14 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Priced at $150.00 per person, the four-course meal will be crafted by the acclaimed chef Claude Le Tohic. The prix fixe main course choices will be Filet Mignon au Poivre with black pepper sauce, shishito pepper, and potato gratin; Salmon, lightly smoked and mi-cuit, with grapefruit, vermouth, broccolini, and basil oil; or Shellfish Trio with roasted octopus, lobster, quenelle, spinach wasabi, and crustacean jus.
