The Bistro at ONE65 in San Francisco will be serving a special Valentine's Day prix fixe dinner on Wednesday, February 14 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Priced at $150.00 per person, the four-course meal will be crafted by the acclaimed chef Claude Le Tohic. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (415) 814-8888 or via https://www.one65sf.com/home.

The prix fixe main course choices will be Filet Mignon au Poivre with black pepper sauce, shishito pepper, and potato gratin; Salmon, lightly smoked and mi-cuit, with grapefruit, vermouth, broccolini, and basil oil; or Shellfish Trio with roasted octopus, lobster, quenelle, spinach wasabi, and crustacean jus.

Part of the ONE65 multi-level culinary destination, The Bistro at ONE65, on the third floor, serves contemporary California/French "comfort" food that showcase local, seasonal fare minimally prepared to allow the ingredients to shine. An open kitchen, featuring a Josper charcoal oven imported exclusively for ONE65 from Spain and the only one of its kind in San Francisco.
