Jenny Reeves designs jewelry using sustainable metals and gems. She graduated from the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco where she is now an instructor. Jenny’s work is regularly featured in jewelry publications including MJSA Journal, Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist, In Store Magazine, Metalsmith Magazine, and National Jeweler. Eric Goldschmidt is the Properties of Glass Programs Supervisor at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York. He is an accomplished lampworker who has studied with, and assisted, many of the world’s most talented glass artists. In 2016, Eric presented at the Glass Art Society Annual Conference, the American Society of Scientific Glassblowers Northeast Sectional meeting, and in March 2017 he will be presenting a lecture on the "History of Lampworking" at the International Flameworkers Conference in Carneys Point, NJ. The couple have been friends for over two decades and are presently long distance loves.
Holly and Andy Lucas are jewelry artists and farmers, co-creating on their homestead in Southern Oregon. Their common interest in jewelry making is what brought them together when Holly became Andy’s apprentice in 2008. Holly creates beautiful statement pieces using seed beads while incorporating leather, metal, gemstones, and glass beads into her designs. Andy fabricates bold “geomechanical” jewelry using stunning colored gems. In 2015, Andy received the Saul Bell Design Award for his sterling silver piece, "Constrained Timelessness." That same year the couple was married on their farm where they harvest fresh fruit, vegetables, and eggs. They create jewelry from their home studio where they plan to start a small jewelry school in the future.
Kate Maller has a strong design background, holding dual Masters degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. She began metalsmithing in 2013 and attended Creative Side Jewelry Academy in Austin, TX in 2016. Kate's sustainable jewelry line is launching online in January '17, and will be on display at the Alchemy of Love show! Scott Maller has been collecting minerals since 1996; two years later he began wire wrapping crystals into pendants. He has an incredible eye for exquisite specimens. Scott's @dusted77 Instagram page boasts 108K followers, and was listed as the best to follow for natural gems by Vogue Spain in December 2015. Scott and Kate were married in Zermatt, Switzerland this past September. They live in Denver with their dog Takoda.
