See what's possible when emerging technologies and culinary creativity mingle together at Tasting California's Landscape, an immersive tasting program via a collaboration between The Midway Executive Chef Luis Lagos and new media artist Jeffery Yip.
The experience will include an ocean-driven appetizer, a risotto course inspired by the mountains, a game from the central coast, and a resplendent kiss of sweetness from the heart of the desert with Jeffrey Yip's animations projected onto the dishes.
