RZA and Mustafa Shaikh, founders of contemporary fashion label 36 Chambers, take over the museum for a night of fashion, music, art and insightful dialogue. The highlight of the evening is a conversation between RZA and Jeff Chang of Stanford’s Institute for the Diversity in the Arts, who writes on hip-hop, race, art and culture. Plus DJs, b-boy dancers, art happenings and a first look pop-up sale of the 36 Chambers fall/winter 2017 line, which was inspired by works in the Asian Art Museum collection.
