This will be a night of problem-solving! We’ll start off with a quick debugging lecture where we’ll go over how to decipher common error messages and fix broken code systematically. For the second half of the night, we’ll pair off to tackle Codewars challenges. This workshop is a great fit for you if you want to learn more about Chrome developer tools and increase your ability to troubleshoot as you code.
We’ll be coding in JavaScript - so a basic understanding of variables, functions, and objects is useful. If are absolutely unfamiliar with these concepts, try playing around with Rithm School’s free JavaScript prep course

Doors open @ 6pm. Lecture will start around 6:30pm. Come early, get signed in, grab a good seat and shmooze for a bit.
Bring your laptop! The workshop will be a combination of lecturing and programming.
