The group, put together by K-pop powerhouse SM Entertainment, pulls talent from multiple top acts, including SHINee, EXO, NCT 127 and WayV. But the swaggering, streetwise sound is all SuperM's own: These songs move swiftly, toggling between English and Korean and popping with a visceral kinetic energy. It shows in their stage performances, which feature stunning group choreography that takes full advantage of the group's size and distinct personalities. The group undertook their first world tour in 2019-20, performing across South Korea and North America in the We Are the Future Live tour.
