Tosha is the founder of SAINTFLORA, a full-service floral design company specializing in "unconventional flower experiences". She's the third and final artist selected for the Presidio's Ancestral Futurism Public Art Mentorship, a program that in invites emerging and mid-career BIPOC artists to develop temporary installations at the Presidio Tunnel Tops.
