Exact Class location:From Fulton and Great Highway, walk north to stairwell 14. Head down the stairs on to the beach and walk directly towards the water. You will see us set up there with prayer flags.
Please bring: a beach towel or yoga mat, water and a warm layer (puffy/fleece) in case the weather calls for that. You will stay warm as we are moving and heating up.

About your teacher, Haley HavelockHaley is extremely captivated and excited by the endless adventure of the physical asana practice as well as the lifelong study of yoga philosophy and its traditions. In Haley’s class she hopes to share with you all of the reasons she has fallen in love with the practice of yoga. From her class you can expect chanting, philosophy, and a nourishing and well-rounded Vinyasa flow sequence that is challenging yet accessible. She hopes that in her class you recognize the deep generosity that the practice of yoga has to offer, and that you walk away excited to share the love of yoga with others.
