Back by popular demand, Audio returns with one of the most beloved Sunday day parties “Sunday Funktion” featuring house music masterminds Roy Davis Jr. and Terrence Parker. The skylights will be lifted off and the Audio will be transformed into a house music haven for the day.
The opening set will feature the much anticipated debut of San Francisco’s very own “Phelan Dusty” (Andrew Phelan b2b Dusty Carter).

About Roy Davis Jr.
Davis grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and was turned on to house music at an early age by the likes of Lil' Louis, DJ Pierre, Farley Keith (Farley Jackmaster Funk) & Marshall Jefferson. Davis began his own production company named Phuture in the late 1980s and went on to become an A&R scout for record label Strictly Rhythm in NYC whilst also running his Chicago founded record label Undaground Therapy Muzik. A few years later Roy Davis and singer-songwriter Peven Everett wrote and produced the single "Gabriel" which was released on Large Records and later licensed and released on XL Recordings in 1996. The track garnered international airplay, and was played in nightclubs around the world. It peaked at #22 in the UK Singles Chart in November 1997.[1] The single sold over 200,000 copies, and has appeared on numerous of compilation albums including Desert Island Mix from Gilles Peterson and continues to be a pioneering record in the history of Garage & House music. Terrence Parker (known to many as "TP") born and raised in Detroit, has become legendary for his quite uncommon yet skillful turntablism style of playing House Music. TP has also become widely admired because he uses an actual telephone handset as headphones.
Terrence has performed as a DJ in 40 countries throughout the world and has released more than 100 recordings on his Intangible Records label and various labels including Sony, Defected, Nervous, Kingstreet, and Purple Music.
Terrence has top 20 hits with his songs "Love's Got Me High", "The Question" and albums like “Life On The Back 9” and "Detroit After Dark". Terrence is also making his mark as a techno producer with his “Alarm The Sound” track topping the 2016 Traxsource Top 200 Techno Singles chart at Number # 3.

This album which in its debut reached number # 1 on the Traxsource Top 100 Albums Sales Chart, tells the story of how he was encouraged by his father to continue on forward by the struggles and challenges of life. The album features the writing contributions and vocal performances by Merachka, Coco Street, Kelly Gunn, Reno Ka, and features remixes by Carl Craig, Underground Resistance/Timeline, Louie Vega, Josh Milan, Monty Luke, Marc Romboy, Merachka, House Of Praise and Terrence Parker.
Terrence does not like to be put in a box. Instead he prefers to be viewed as one who enjoys various styles of music which can often be heard in his music productions and DJ set.
