Bay Area Flamenco proudly presents an evening with Lakshmi "La Chimi," along with Spanish Gypsy artists Jesus Montoya, Pedro Cortes, and Luis de la Tota. Lakshmi has established her career as a fixture of contemporary flamenco, and performs daily as a soloist at El Palacio Andaluz in Sevilla, where she has a large following of dance students. She has spent much of her career touring around the globe, including Germany, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, Portugal, Great Britain, and Denmark.
