Spilt Milk returns to Haight for an end-of-year party headlined by local standout Vin Sol. Free before 10:30, just $5 after. Come celebrate the end of 2013 with some topnotch house and club music from one of SF's A-list selectors!
If Vin Sol were a bond, he'd be rated AAA+. If he were a whitewater rapid, he'd be class 6. If he were an egg, he'd be grade AA. If he were a tornado, he'd be F5. If he were gasoline, he'd be 97 octane. If he were a hurricane, he'd be category 5. And if he were an earthquake, he'd knock down that new Bay Bridge span like it were Ikea furniture.
Vin Sol is a longtime DJ and producer who makes his home right in here in San Francisco. Lately, he's been making waves across the worldwide dance and club music landscape with a string of killer releases, including his most recent EP, It's House, which features Chicago house legend Tyree Cooper and Spilt Milk alumnus Matrixxman. His recent productions have gotten heaps of critical acclaim and have been supported by some of the world's top DJs. He's also a massive crowd-pleaser, having snagged the number three spot on XLR8R's top download of February 2013 for his remix of Sade with Matrixxman. In addition to his DJ and production work, he co-runs the Sooo Wavey imprint, which is fast becoming one of SF's most impressive dance labels.
