There is something magical about finding and listening to what wisdom your 'spirit' animals in relation to your body have to offer. In SoulCollage(r) there is a process in which you are guided to imagine what animal resides in each of the seven chakras in your body.
Animals, with non-existent critical superegos are able to completely embody themselves and open up the intuitive right brain to come forth and inform the psyche about the body's wisdom. Sometimes the animal that arise are surprising, but never have I found one that does not have incredible wisdom to offer.
During this workshop we will do a guided meditation to lead you to find your animal guide in one of your seven chakras and after you will make a Soul Collage card in the 'Companion' Suit.
When I did meditations to find my animals guides where is what I found and the wisdom they had to tell me:
I found a snail in my heart chakra.
"I am one who has a hard shell but a goey center. I leave a trail behind me. I am one who gets to where I need to go but it might take a little while, so you need to be patient with me. "
I found a goat in my Root Chakra
"I am one who has something to say and will stand up for what I believe in. I have horns to protect me from predators and a thick coat for safety. I want you to trust what I have to tell you."
I found at crab in my Third Eye Chakra
"I am one who moves fast and has large eyes to see all around me. I can give all the information you need to move forward. Trust that I know the way."
