Sonoma County Taiko (SCT) will be hosting a salmon BBQ dinner to raise funds for new costumes and drumming equipment.
Enjoy delicious dinner, taiko performances, and sushi-making demonstrations. There will be a “Dress the Drummer” board where you can donate and help them purchase happi coats for performances.
SCT is a community-based Japanese taiko drumming group whose mission is to “Learn, share and promote taiko as a cultural art form”. Founded in 1995, SCT has been sharing their love of taiko drumming and Japanese culture with the community through classes, workshops, demonstrations, and educational outreach activities.
