This funky group show uplifts the spirit of San Francisco and particularly the Mission District as a refuge for outsiders, satirical thinkers, artists, and creatives. We're particularly interested in highlighting artists who reflect the social consciousness of our neighborhood post Mission School and Chicano movement aesthetics. We're not seeking to provide an "end-all" or definitive exposé of alternative art, rather we seek to provide a vignette and snapshot of a moment in time as seen through some of our favorite, not categorizable artists.
