Skulls and Skeleton Drawing – Workshop at ARCH Supplies

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join anatomy professor Helen Kairo and artist David Tenorio for a special workshop on drawing skulls and skeletons from a wide range of animal species.

Participants will enjoy a wonderful afternoon of hearing in-depth knowledge about Helen's amazing skeletal collection while learning basic-to-advanced drawing tips from David.  Both instructors have years of professional experience in their respective fields and are excited to host this special class combining their skills.

This workshop is designed for beginning-to-advanced artists.  Overall it presents a rare opportunity to spend valuable time drawing rare, beautifully arranged specimens up close!
The list of confirmed specimens includes:

Ram Skull (and several other horned skulls)
Horse Skull
Ostrich Skull
Coyote Skull
Deer Skull
Kangaroo Skull
Python Skull/Skeleton
Hornbill Skull
And more!

Each ticket includes the necessary drawing supplies for the workshop – artist quality pencils and paper – but participants are also encouraged to bring additional supplies if desired (no oils/solvents please.)
**IMPORTANT NOTE:  The animals used in these anatomical displays are reclaimed from naturally deceased specimens provided by sanctuaries, breeders and rescues.  All specimens have been sourced responsibly and with the utmost respect.
