Zenergy Bar is bringing another Pop Up Fitness Class to San Francisco. This week we will be hosting a silent disco yoga class at Concept Forty Seven, a local lifestyle shop in the San Francisco Bay Area that have supported 100+ local and independent makers, artists and artisans since 2013. They offer organic and eco friendly beauty products, unique home goods, jewelry, candles and select vintage.
Zenergy Bar is more than just a natural foods company. We truley embody a lifestyle of health and wellness and aim to better our customers & community with a better quality of life by introducing healthy food and a healthy lifestyle through our pop-up fitness events and food products!
We invite you to be soothed, awed and inspired by yoga in the beautiful city of San Francisco! We wear headphones and guide you through a yoga practice full of love, movement and music. This class will be offered to the bay area community and travelers from around the globe practicing together, peacefully. It is the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We have an amazing community of people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can't wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I'm new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it. Please bring your own yoga mat as we do not offer them at this time.
Class location?
Concept Forty Seven, San Francisco. Please arrive no later than 6:00pm to register and get your mat space.
