Shipyard Artists, America’s largest artist colony with 250 artist work studios, present Live With Art, its 2015 Spring Open Studios (SOS) event. These artist studios are open just two weekends a year, are located on the former Naval Shipyard, an environment undergoing a home building transition with rarely seen panoramic views of the bay. This event offers the public a rare opportunity to meet artists in their studios, and to obtain art directly from the artists. For children and families, there will be hands-on art activities using recycled materials
The artist studios at the Hunters Point Shipyard are open to the public just twice a year. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to experience the Shipyard Artists’ community and art.
