In a warehouse kitchen in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco, Metha teaches cooking classes about the Ayurvedic tradition of creating balance and seeing food as medicine. She is also a Ayurveda Food Consultant, and instructed at the Natural Gourmet School in New York City.
