The San Jose Youth Symphony Philharmonic Orchestra, under the artistic leadership of Maestro Yair Samet, announces, A Season Finale, to be held on Saturday afternoon, June 8, 2013, at 2:30 pm at the California Theatre, 345 S. 1st St, San Jose, California 95110. This final concert of the season showcases SJYS’s Philharmonic Orchestra, made up of the Bay Area’s finest young musicians and features outstanding piano soloist, Sofija Nedic, winner of many international piano competitions, performing Liszt’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in E-flat Major and Gottschalk’s Grand Tarentelle for Piano and Orchestra,and Tchaikovsky -- Symphony No. 2 “Little Russian†in C Minor
