Fish & Farm is located on the south side of San Francisco’s Historic Barbary Coast and above the burial ground of the “General Harrison” one of many old abandoned ships left over from the Gold Rush. This New Year’s Eve let us whisk you away to this “anything goes” period in San Francisco’s History. San Francisco was once the nation’s busiest and most important port.  Entrepreneurs, 49ers and sailors flocked to the city in search of fortune & opportunity. After dark the city’s seductive siren, the blocks that encompassed the Barbary Coast, filled with Saloons, Theaters, Gambling Halls and the kind of debauchery that accompanied such things, was an irresistible temptation for 49ers, sailors and people from all walks of life that suddenly found themselves at the busiest and most important port in the country. Come ring in the new year in San Francisco’s most notorious neighborhood and party like a 49er.
