Born in Oakland, Sammy Obeid is a Lebanese-American nationally-touring comedian whose style has been described as "refreshingly intelligent," "hopeful and inspiring," and "a youthful perspective that reaches all ages". He recently placed in the top three of the San Francisco International Comedy Competition among veteran comedians of fifteen years or more, and is currently the youngest member of the national touring troupe, CoExist Comedy. He also has the distinction of being the first comedian ever to appear on the Food Network telling jokes.
